Strange this one is an exclusive, all first 4 were from Dimension Films...

Kinda weird for a different studio to match anothers artwork design.
I thought this would stand out but it fits in perfectly
probably become available in the UK like The Descent did, but as this is just a Steelbook (no pets or slip case) it'll be identical.
Or I could be wrong

Since a few of you have asked, I've posted a group buy.

Really? Bare metal back? Black and white internal art? Backwards spine?

That surprises me. Just prefer the front art?
It isn't bare metal. It's like a silver gunmetal colour for sure, but it isn't bare metal. It's the colour of the paint used, which I like here. I like some b&w internal artworks, and for this one, given the colour scheme, I think it works fine.

I can't argue with the spine though. I do hate inverted french and german spines, but it is what it is. I've had the german scre4m steel for years now, so it would replace that. Slotted in upside-down, of course, so the title is right way up on the shelf.

I think the front artwork on the French is great. Not sure why Lionsgate felt the need to put the giant 4 on the front when the traditional movie title with the red 4 replacing the A always looked pretty cool. But that said the Lionsgate is fine and both overall are just okay.

I've heard some odd stuff about the Dolby Vision, contrast flickering/switching.
But I also heard someone say they fixed it by switching off auto contrast enhancements.
Is this the case? People have their auto contrast on their TV(which I know actually does this thing they're showing and describing) and blaming the disc or is it actually the Dolby Vision on the Disc?

It’s a shame seeing how many of these don’t close or are scratched. I really hope the UK gets this at some point, I still can’t get my head around us being left out when every other Scream has been released over here. Collecting drives me nuts sometimes.

From the feedback I've read on forums, the issue seems to be the Dolby vision layer on the disc itself. Apparently the french release has no such issues, the trade off being that release doesn't feature Dolby Atmos.

I have both versions due for delivery so that's good to hear.
