As long as the artwork is good but different from the Japanese artwork, then everyone will be happy. Well not exactly, but owners of Japanese edition will be a lot less annoyed than if the artwork is the same.

I don't often buy multiple Steelbooks of the same film, but I hope they don't cookie cutter these out with the same cover as Japanese eds (boring, imo). I may consider if a different cover (though White may be likely). Come on Warner, lets at least have different art and please consider titles not yet released elsewhere already...
