Can't seem to find a definitive answer to how many discs.

Amazon Canada says 1 disc. Best Buy Canada says 2 discs. Ebay sellers from the UK selling the US steelbooks have put 6 discs in their listings.

Amazon US listing says this is a 2 disc release. I think most sellers are going by BR listing it as being a 6 disc set. Gonna be hard to tell who is right. We will find out in 2 weeks time.

Anyway, a perfectly priced space saving compilation release . . . coming out at the same time as the standalone 6th film Amaray (priced @$15.59 on its own!) in this shark saga . . .

. . . especially when compared to previous incomplete releases such as these:-

The back of that 3 pack amaray shows Region A. So now I really don't know.

I'd go with the studio - Universal is typically region free, 99% of the time in my experience

I tried watching this movie, as I heard it’s one of those films that are bad but good and end up being a guilty pleasure......

Definitely not for me, absolutely bloody awful! And by judging the trailers of the sequels, look to be even worse !
