Damn :OMG::confused: @spass sorry to hear that buddy (n):bag:

Sorry to hear that @spass, that's a ridiculous amount to pay.:(

Thanks guys.

I remember the comment about a partial shipping reimbursement. And you've still not had it? Damn.. I'd keep hounding them if it were me but do understand it can be more hassle than it's worth especially if the recipient is non-responsive to contact  I've read from many members that contacting them publicly via social media (Facebook, Twitter etc) usually gains results. Have you tried that?

Yeah, I've seen that. No, I haven't but that's the route if I'm going to. ;)

I am not sure you understand
It is a promise of payments or services made by the initial party to a promisee in exchange for enrolling or recruiting others under the second party with the same expectations. Those in the third party are then expected to do same as are those that they acquire and so on. It is referred to as a "pyramid scheme" because it starts with a sole top tier and continues to expand in number of members with each subsequent tier, thus resembling a pyramid.

Two parties involved in a poorly ran business transaction is not the same thing. It is commonplace for a fledgling business to immediately use initial investments to support their entire business model for the first year or two. Once they have built enough capital they are able to run their business to the average consumers expectations. The difference is that most new businesses work hard to not allow their vulnerabilities to show because it makes their consumers weary and can be devastating to their growing business. EverythingBlu has definitely had a major stumble.

Pyramid scheme = just enough people get product (or a return ) to keep scheme going (as in Mummy preorder ) with the majority receiving jack in return

. . . and quote from EverythingBlu ". . . as we make some money i can assure you it will be invested in our infrastructure." (14/10/2015)

Not really related to the matter in hand but the bit about the first party and the second party unavoidably takes me back to this scene from "A Night at the Opera" (1935):

@EverythingBlu CAN YOU PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CISTOMERS WHO ARE STILL WAIITING FOR THEIR ORDERS TO DESPATCH?

I have a friend who says he has emailed you 3 times and you have ignored them all. He says he placed his order within half an hour of this going live and hasn't heard anything in nearly three weeks.

I've advised him to cancel through paypal but he's reluctant to do so. He doesn't use social media and has asked me to post again here.

I'm just glad I cancelled my order when it became clear you were operating a pyramid scheme

Funny thing is, There was a post on their FB page this morning saying that they had got the some steelbook release info from HDN so they have been on here recently

I'm still waiting as well. Not that I can't wait but already lost interest in this release and everything and anything to do with EB with no info about shipping. Different story if payment is taken when it ships but never going to happen with this place held my money for how long now and nothing. How do we even contact them about cancelling since they don't reply to emails.

Well after a lot of thinking I got rid of my Blu box. The fact they cannot even ship everyone's orders out on four clean weeks is truly astonishing....
These are not delays because they need to get it all together. This is simple Bull Sh**.
No priorities to get these shipped. It's as if they are returning back from their 9-5pm jobs, boxing a ten a day, and then
arranging Hermes to collect them.
The product wasn't great.
Money collected way in advance. 2 delays.
Can't even get the 1 click numbers right for christ sake lol.
People still waiting for their orders 4 weeks later. Now they cannot even face the music and go all silent after using HDN to hype and promote their product. Now it's gone tits up they disappeared like a coward.
A complete and utter embarrassment.
There is no trust or incentive for me to support them any further.
