Keep in mind that the shipping was priority shipping i think. So even us across the pond wont even have to wait a week to get it.

The lenti package has grown on me, so I've taken the plunge, my only concern is the Hermes delivery, my experiences with Hermes are 50/50, half the time they leave my parcel in the front garden and half the time in the back garden lol

Only minor gripe is that order status dosent actually tell you what you ordered which would be helpful moving forward I think?

One other thing which has me sweating a bit is that it is Hermes you use for delivery?!! I know you say you've never had a problem with them, but from my experience and many others I know, they are a risky delivery firm.....

Is there an option to give them instructions like don't leave with thieving b*****d neighbours or not to leave on doorstep? Bit concerning.

However, credit where credit is due, overall very smooth!

If you could let me know your thoughts on my concerns, it would be much appreciated.

Same here. I worked for them a few years ago in one of there distribution centres. Well i was disgusted by how you are encouraged to well.... I can only describe it as to lash the parcels around the warehouse. Safe to say I only lasted a few days lol.

Hopefully they have changed there ways

Will this have UK ratings logos on the packaging? I assume it's illegal to sell films without them

A J-card will be present, as you say we cannot sell without one BUT no horrible legal logos on the art itself.

Theres seems to be one issue with shipping rates for a select number of countries.

Sweden
Ukraine
Romania
Croatia

We are continuing to check. Please check the updated rates which nearly all have lowered. If you have already ordered with the higher rate, do not worry, we are going through the orders and refunding the difference.

Hopefully the correct rates will make it more attractive to purchase.

Yes, but for us and our solid packaging, fully tracked & signed parcels we are yet to have any issues. We have had several big ones with RM.
