This works:

- click the "View your order" link in the "A shipment from order ... is on the way" email
- copy the "Other tracking number" (the actual number) in the order / shipment page
- click the order number (it's a link to ipostparcels)
- paste the tracking number on the tracking pane's "By consignment number" field (left side of the page)
- GO

Result

Thanks mate. Yup, works now. Due to be delivered next tuesday 30th.

I'm in the UK and using Hermes tracking I get told they picked up my parcel today at 10:09 and no other information.

So no idea when they're going to try and deliver and no idea if I can change delivery date as I'm at work all day Wednesday and Thursday. :dunno:

With piece of crap Hermes there is no way to change delivery date. They usually just try and deliver repeatedly until they give up and return the item to sender. They are an absolute disgrace.

So I assume you had an experience when they returned your parcel? How long do they try and then give up?

Hermes neither worse nor better than other delivery companies and like the others will attempt to deliver three times to your address or leave package in a "safe place" or with a neighbour.

Any problems with the delivery best to contact EverythingBlu.
Hermes quote "If you ordered your parcel through a retailer who are using Hermes to deliver, the best and quickest way to resolve your enquiry is to contact your retailer directly using their Contact Us pages"

From my personal experience, when Amazon used Hermes for some of my packages, I never contacted Hermes directly . . . rather I contacted Amazon and they themselves arranged a suitable redelivery date and a two hour delivery window directly with Hermes so I presume the same should apply to EBlu.
Not forgetting the fact that the contract is between EBlu and Hermes . . . not between you and Hermes.

Not really expecting them to stick their famous/infamous message through your letter box

Out of interest who are they using for the international shipping?

Honestly I think @EverythingBlu should be given the benefit of the doubt on this one, it's their first full exclusive release, their first time dealing with this large a volume of orders. I am sure they will learn from it and things will get smoother as more releases roll out. Don't think we should be ready to crucify them just yet. And, no, for anyone interested my order has not shipped yet.
ipostparcels.....It appears to just be a shipping service and not taken directly to the post. It will probably be USPS mail once it hits the states though.

WRONG
They are worse than most courier companies because with companies like DPD, FEDEX, DHL, UPS etc you yourself can contact them directly and arrange a delivery date that is convenient for you or even collect from a depot.
Hermes scumbags just point blank refuse to speak to you.

Still no movement on my status, still saying unfulfilled.
I ordered immediately at go live time as well, so far not so good sadly Add the amount of time to ship to the 3 delays we've had and I'm starting to feel a little disgruntled!!

^ Like I noted above, never had a problem with Hermes and I was happy to message Amazon who then contacted Hermes straightaway to arrange re-delivery for a convenient day/time.
Same will apply to EBlu.

if we can get it before the BH great, but for those with orders unshipped yet I'm edging realistically after the BH weekend. Plus My Hermes takes around 3-4 days to deliver. I guess I be seeing this in June.

- EBlu have arranged delivery of this item with Hermes because they've used them before and evidently not had issues with them !
- Unlikely they'd use Hermes for these deliveries if their experience had been as painful as you suggest !
- Unlikely Hermes would still be in business after 45 years if your experience is commonplace !
- Unlikely they'd have contracts with 40% of the top retailers in the country and be in a position to deliver the 240 million parcels a year that they deliver !

I didn't order this but I'll be ordering THE MUMMY TRILOGY box so here's hoping that delivery issues with the SotD boxes are minor and that everyone will be as happy as Larry with their items.

It might add some confusion but mine is not being delivered by Hermes. It is being delivered by myHermes which is very different than Hermes in my experience.

Don't let the "company history" fool you mate, the company has changed hands many times and it's only since the rise of internet shopping have they grown in popularity. That being said, they are one of the cheapest on the market, hence why many retailers use them to keep their costs down. I have worked for very well known courier firms in the past and as a logistics manager, I see first hand the problems that Hermes caused.

It's the age old saying, pay peanuts, what do you get?

There will be no doubt that there are customers that don't experience negative things about Hermes, but you can say that about any courier firm, they all have negative experiences and are far from perfect, but hands down, Hermes are one of, if not, the worse out there in the UK. I refuse to use them due to the sheer volume of problems I have experienced in my career, in turn because of that I'm worried about my delivery of this.

All I can say is that I hope everyone has only minor or no issues with their deliveries :)

From the horse's mouth just a quick reminder regarding Hermes:-

Hello,
We have used Hermes even in GBs before with 0 issues. A lot comes down to how they are packaged and we take great care in that.
Thanks!
EverythingBlu (23/4/17)

Hello,
. . . we have had no bad feedback from GB members saying anything such as that.
If there are multiple issues we will look into changing them but we would also like to note we have plenty more issues with Royal Mail than we have with Hermes.
Thanks!
EverythingBlu (23/4/17)

Hello,
The number of comments about Hermes here is from a small number of members compared to the number of orders we have from the UK. The use of Hermes has not effected our sales at all. If these kind of comments were present and in high numbers upon pre-order then we may have been able to look at another option but now only being a few days from release it's difficult to change. Also, "admitting" we went for the cheaper option, it's you the customer that pays for shipping so yes, upon our experience with Hermes & it being the cheapest option it was the correct one.
Thanks.
EverythingBlu (24/4/17)

Hello,
If anyone has concerns about not being home when a delivery arrives, please email [email protected] and let us know a "safe place" OR neighbour to accept the delivery and we will note this on your order & shipping note.
Thanks.
EverythingBlu (24/4/17)
