I remember giving feedback and I got about as much resistance from everyone defending EB as giving one.
You know who you all are, come out and keep defending them. The more you do, the more I will laugh.
Lets get these points straightened out
- We all seen the movie. We all know what this movie is about. Just because we seen this we should be patient and keep waiting for the 'perfect' product to be released? That is completely irrelevant. We paid for a product and we expect to receive it. A majority have NOT received or even have a dispatch.
- This has been delayed not once, not twice by 'logistics', but this is now the third delay. Regardless if other's have had a dispatch or received theirs is irrelevant. A majority have not and IMO the few orders that were dispatched were simply to stick to their word that these would be shipped from the 19th and keep us happy. Nothing more than just a trick to use to give us false belief they are sticking to their guidelines.
- It doesn't matter how boxes you have to ship. If you have not got the resources and facilities from your small office to facilitate such a large exclusive you should not even be in this game. All these delays, extremely late changes, majority of orders not shipped, it all adds up and forms a picture of your credibility. You can give us nonsense about various projects you are working on does not affect SOD release. The simple fact it does.
- You were given a free walk on the first delay. You got resistance from myself and others on your second delay. Now the third delay there is no forgiveness.
- The fact that you have taken our money on January and release date in April was more than generous to give you ample of time to organise and meet the deadline. We all paid, you know where to ship them, money is locked in your account, you know how many orders to progress, there are no combined orders such as a GB or chasing invoices, you have all the packaging materials and boxes ready. All the admin side is cleared months ago to prepare for this, but yet you still cannot do one simple thing? Stick them in a box and dispatch?
- This is not just about waiting for a 'perfect' product. There is no reason why any of us should tolerate this poor service and endless delays and silence. The silence is because there are NO more BS excuses to give. What's next, the dog ate all the numbered plastic cards now we will receive paper cards instead?
- To keep it quite simple, we paid for a product we expect it to have this fulfilled on the date you have provided us. Stop this crap EB and get it sorted before your reputation turns as sour as my grapes going moldy that no would even consider buying from you again.
