@Scary Hair I'd hardly call @StifflersDad post full of aggression? Obviously our views of levels of aggression are vastly different. However, like you have said plenty of times that's your opinion and this is mine.

As I'm sure you're aware members are aloud to express their own opinions and are more than entitled to vent about this. As I've said previously, seeing EB spend the time on Facebook to update members of their group then an extra minute or two to post here to update members about current progress is not too much to ask. Ben has not got to answer every single question being asked as we all know he's very busy and I'm sure everyone appreciates that. As their first major release they will learn from their mistakes for their next one.

If it was deemed too aggressive then it would be deleted.

However, shame you don't post here as much anymore as I've noticed your lack of activity here but I know you have priorities elsewhere now.

One other mystery for me is this, if it was a zavvi thread, with everyone criticising the retailer, comments are commonly moved to the retailer thread and away from the more popular product listing.

Does a retailer have a choice of paying a "fee" to HDN for that additional "helpful service"?

How do non residents access the main flat communual door? Do you need a resident to let you in the flats? Maybe the Hermes courier couldn't get in?

For my building non residents can enter the porch where the mail boxes are but can't get in to the main building. It's all sorted now though, the person who signed for it was EB staff and Hermes had returned it to them. They're going to repost it on Tuesday.

Helpful service? No, a retailer doesn't pay a fee.

Most of the comments are relating to this release specifically which is why the comments are still here. Obviously should a Steelbook mod wish to move posts to the retailer thread (if there is one for EverythingBlu) then they can crack on.

I have been very critical of EB and I have no regrets whatsoever. As EB has made the effort to post on this thread which is not easy to do given the amount of stick they have received, I give them credit. It's a start at least. Let's hope this is true.

True, but by the time I'd wrote a few messages on here I received a reply from EB which I didn't expect to happen at 9pm on a BH weekend, so I'm happy for now. Plus they're sending the replacement by RM.
