I can't work out these Hermes.

Mines been out for delivery since last Saturday (UK address)

First it said Sunday. Then yesterday (both of which I didn't expect with the holiday weekend) Going to bed then last night then it had changed again to today.

But now this morning it says the package is back at the sorting office.

Does that mean they tried to deliver it yesterday or what's going on?

Next year probably. The rates these parcels are going out is rediculous. Doesn't seem like the extra staff they brought in made any difference.

You did copy & paste the tracking number in the "Consignment number" field on the tracking page, right?

I just dont understand why they pulling our legs like this. They know they cannot make it and yet they say all orders will be despatched by the end of weekend. Have a balls and tell the truth, it doesnt make any difference now for us anyway and you won't look so unreliable at least.

Lol who said they have a perfect record? I once had a parcel attempted to deliver through hermes but they kept telling dispatch my street was not accessible... Yet I was receiving deliveries from eBay and Amazon over the week hermes failed to deliver. Ended up cancelling the order completely.
