I still have absolutely no idea why Royal Mail are not used?? For the sake of extra 50p in shipping costs, much better service, at least leave a note and you can pick it later. It looks like after a few attempts they just return to EB. Waste of time and money.
 
Yes, and I get this: "We are sorry but we do not appear to have received your consignment"
Right :thumbs: Had to ask, just to eliminate that possibility.

Anyway, I can see tracking entries from 22nd to 24th (the last is "Your consignment is currently with our partner for delivery to you").

Yesterday got a text from DHL about a parcel due for delivery tomorrow. Their tracking (different AWB) indicates they picked up the parcel on the 24th.

Sounds like the shipping company doesn't have your parcel yet or the tracking number is incorrect :dunno:
 
Another lie, said that all orders would be out this past weekend and the weekend has long gone and still my order is unfulfilled. I haven't even received a reply on my email to support. EB 1-day and counting and I rescind my CC transaction.
 
This is just my opinion and it does not reflect how HDN feels about it. Isn't it about time that HDN distance itself from EverythingBlu? or even SteelArchive? These small time business operators are doing more harm than good to HDN members.

They should either shape up or ship out. :thumbs:

When they are ready to join the big boys then they are welcome to do so.
 
Has anyone from outside the UK got their tracking number to work? Mine supposedly shipped on Saturday, but the tracking number I received shows nothing.

The one I received in my email I could not do anything with until DHL received it and a second tracking number was sent. It took several days for it to actually get into DHL hands, but once it did, the package went from London to NY to my house in 2 days!

BTW... I received mine on the 25th!

My hunch is that it's a logistical issue unless some items are faulty...Many hands make light work when packing / updating
 
I think there's a little more than eager awaiting. When they're threatening to do a charge back with their Credit Card company, that's where it becomes negative and not just eagerly awaiting.

I'm eagerly awaiting this. My order is currently unfulfilled, but I know it'll find it's way to me eventually. It's not going to kill me if I don't get a tracking update today, tomorrow, or next week. The money has already been pulled from my account anyways, so it's not like I'm trying to budget to make sure I have money for it to pull when it ships. All I have to do on my end is nothing but wait patiently.
 
Well I've been away for a few days, and I've come back to no dispatch e-mail... but that can't be the case because they promised they'd all be dispatched by the weekend, off to check the calendar.

I received my dispatch emails on Saturday and the parcel was due to be collected today however everythingblu have cancelled the collection ( confirmed by myhermes). I've emailed everythingblu and they told me my tracking showed it has been collected and is on the way, yet I didn't provide them with any information for them to track it. Like most people I've been happy to wait however I'm starting to get concerned now. Btw my order was #1080
