I think paying my money up front and waiting 5 months without complaint is the epitome of patience.

Then they shouldn't bite of more than they can chew. It only harms their rep in the end. Build up slowly, sell less items. It would give their products that extra feeling of exclusivity while meeting and possibly exceeding their customers expectations.

If people are happy with the level of service from EB thats great, but it's not wrong for others to show their frustration. This is a business transaction after all and we have trusted EB with our money. I think people here have done well to not let their frustrating boil over too much.

Well......my full slip finally arrived.




The artcards are poor. They are just sealed in plastic (a little storage envelope would have been nice-maybe these will come in the future) so you have to rip that to get at them and the print quality isn't great IMO (one was particularly blotchy)



Overall, the slipcover is the clear winner here. Steelbook itself would have been awesome if full gloss. Still, happy with my purchase and a nice addition to my collection.

They never replied to any of the emails to support that I sent. As a last resort before I rescinded the charges to my CC I decided to get on EB's Facebook page and ask what's going on with my SOTD, almost immediately I got a response. He said that It'll ship shortly and I'll get my shipping number, sure enough it had shipped and I received the number just as stated a couple of hours later. I would get on Facebook because he's monitoring it closely.
