First of all, we want to apologise ..........

I can understand everything, it's your first release, you will get better with time...

But reading of people that already recived their order placed in April, when others like me ordered (and payed) on dayOne and are still waiting for the shipping it's something unbeliveble. Shipping things slowly i can understand, but shipping "randomly", or probably with privilages for someone it's something that has no excuses....
 
Quite new to social media so interesting to see how people are dealing with the situation vis a vis EverythingBlu . . . and I have to ask myself if this is meant to be a "community" why is there no community spirit?
If a member here admits to being in direct contact with EBlu why does he not request the order details from all the people on this thread still waiting for news of their unfulfilled packages and pass them on to EBlu ?. . . acting as a go-between or white knight if you will.


So, what is the reality of the situation?

- That not all boxes have been received six months after being paid for.

- That it's getting close to Paypal compensation 6 months limit which does NOT mean it's the end of the story and you loose out:-
"PayPal Buyer Protection
The first stage is to raise a ‘dispute’ with the seller. This must be done within 180 days of initial the PayPal payment. If you can’t bring the dispute to a satisfactory resolution within 20 days of raising it, then you can escalate it and raise a claim under the PAYPAL BUYER PROTECTION SCHEME."

- That the Blubox is substandard. If anyone feels that way about it then break it up and sell it on the secondary market or sell it "New and sealed" for an instant profit (as we all know it's OOP/OOS).

- That many Bluboxes have arriving damaged. NOT AT ALL and thanks to EBlu's excellent packaging which despite rough handling by Hermes (see few photos on this thread) have not resulted in reports of damage to the Bluboxes themselves . . . with only one person that I can see on here saying his item is damaged.Maybe he can post pics of said damage and then request details from the manufacturer of the best way to remove an ink mark (if that's what it is). At the same time he can request the best product to spray on the Blubox to protect it and keep it looking newer longer. Same person unfortunate enough to receive mismatched numbered cards :arghh: something which cannot be resolved (as revealed earlier in the thread by EBlu - the one thing they cannot replace would be an incorrectly numbered card) so returning the item for a refund may be the only option if this person has OCD tendencies.

But if anyone came to me and said well they are replying to you could you have a word then I would without question..... Now Ben has just replied in the thread (which is all most have wanted on a once a week basis update) I'm hoping those who are waiting won't need me to email them a hundred times on their behalf. But like I say I don't have a issue doing so


I'm already dealing with EB about my issue so again please don't tell me how to handle a return/ replacement/ refund or any issue I've had. Again you have no idea what's going on

And im already aware of not being able to sort out my numbering cards and getting the one that matches up as a replacement thanks


Oh and what's really the situation is your a troll and sticking your ore in trying to wind people up with your Bullsh*t and pointless memes and gifs when you haven't even ordered the product. You even posted a comment that EB said about bad feedback is putting them on the map when that wasn't even about this release. Something that was written almost two years ago. Again your trying to sh*t stir

That response by EB is horrible. It does nothing to quell the issues many are experiencing and doesn't shed any light as to what went wrong and how it will be fixed. It is more like the status remains the same. Wow

First of all, we want to apologise to all those who have not yet received their product. This was not our intention and all orders will be fulfilled. We wanted to be the company that listened to our core customers, hence why we were so vocal on HDN.

We are one of the first premium Blu-ray Companies to respond to feedback on a release and change our design according to that feedback from HDN members and social media as a whole, we also wanted to make a product that people would really appreciate which according to the feedback from social media we think we have mostly achieved.

We admit we have had problems that prolonged the release, some we could have handled better and others that were completely out of our control.

At this point we decided to concentrate on shipping which is why our presence on HDN was is so sparse, as a company we should have been more attentive to your concerns and should have responded more openly.

At this time our number one concern is shipping out the remaining products but unfortunately because of the issues which we hope will be resolved soon it may take a short while but we will fulfil every active order.

Customers are getting their products just not as prompt as we would like, but we have made important provisions for future releases so problems such as we have experienced will not happen again.

If we have lost the trust of those who have supported us through thick and thin and of those who just wanted a great release we sincerely apologise and will work hard to win back your trust in the near future.

Honestly if i was you i would not post on any public forums in the future. Keep all customer communication via social media and email.

The only explanation is that they are waiting for more product from their suppluers as they could not pay for the whole order upfront.

They should just be honest about it.

If that is the case, the question remains is what are they doing with the cash we paid 6 months ago?

It is clear they are barrowing money from our advanced orders to fund for their projects. An extremely shady and ill advised practice.

But then again what are they doing with the £33k that is pumped into their banks from the mummy?

Questions and Questions. We will never know the full in's and out. But what I know for sure there is a CLEAR problem with this company.

The issue - the ONLY ISSUE being the fulfillment of every order - they've assured their customers that these will be fulfilled.

On top of that:
- They have apologised
- They have explained why they were absent from this forum
- They have issued an assurance that it won't happen again.

If that's not enough for some people . . . .
. . . and a "Thank you" to Wreck, if it was he, for having a word in their shell-like persuading them to drop in for a brief visit.

The issue remains as after 4 weeks, there are still customers who's purchases have yet to be shipped. They have issued a blank corporate apology without expounding on what situation led to the current state of affairs. Why has it taken so long to get these out? Is it a monetary issue or a stock issue? Is it staffing? By EB's own words, the issues are still ongoing. What are the issues? This has left many speculating as to why this situation hasnt got any better. It is well documented that many had to resort to contacting them on social media to get some movement on their purchase. They have replied to many posts on social media, so no excuse why they could not make an appearance here.

So like I said, the status quo remains the same. This is technically their second release and obviously nothing was learnt from their Killer Clowns slip which also had the similar issues.

Thanks for the update. I'm one of the happy few who have received it. It makes me excited for Hot Fuzz and The World's End. I hope they each get a similar BluBox, Blue for Hot fuzz and Green for The World's End.

I look forward to seeing you guys grow and succeed.

I'm starting to doubt that my order was shipped at the 1st of June.
