I'd say it's worth watching twice simply becasue of the twist. The second viewing makes you appreciate how clever and well made this film is. Knowing that all the characters are

just playing along in order to try and cure his insanity

allows you to appreciate little details you didn't notice before such as how the hospital staff look bored and slightly annoyed by the whole thing. Then there's Mark Ruffalo's excelllent subtle performance.

I loved this movie and will definitely be picking this steel up

This is a must buy for anyone who has not seen the film. For those that have (like myself) will spend a lot of time sat on the fence.

For that reason I do not think this will be a quick seller. We have plenty of time to think about it. For me the final decision will be made on the art work.
