I'm going to frame my poster tomorrow. Not sure if I get a standard black frame with acrylic (no glass) or if I add an extra white "space" between the poster and the frame. Any suggestion guys?

if you use matt it protects the print longer. Granted its much easier to just find 18x24 frames tho

I used a matt spacer when I framed my print. It cost a bit more but It helps stop the print sticking to the acrylic, which in turns stops any moisture smudging the inks over time.

Also it looks better ;)

Here's a pic of mine if you want an idea of how it looks. The matt is 20mm wide, which was the smallest size I could order.

Thanks for getting back to me! I really like the look of "matt spacer" (I didn't know the technical name). I wasn't aware of extra benefits of having it in place beyond the sharp look. I will definitely add it to the 3 posters I'm getting framed today.

No problem, you should put up some pics when they are done so we can have a look. :)
I can't remember the term for it to be honest, its known as one thing in america and another term in the UK. Ive seen them referred to as mats, boards, spacers and mounts. A framer will probably know know what you want!

I can't wait to pick my posters up off the frame shop this Saturday. I got both Terminator posters along from Iron Man (1xRun) framed.

Thanks mate! I like both but if I had to pick just one I would say that Signalnoise. What about you? Did you get both?

I only went for the signal noise, so I'll have to say that's my favourite! :hilarious:
But to be fair, I was aware of the artist's work from Blood Dragon (the add on to the FarCry 3 game) and I think the 80's style really suits this. Even the the film is early 90's!
