I really like the back and inside art. And with all the art together it's looking better (I know i abused this when it was first put up) Just wish the front was a little zoomed out. This definately needs the 2 discs and £17.99 is so mental for this. I've put a order in for now and depending on funds closer the time then I'll decide to keep or cancel. More interested in the last stand. Plus we don't know release dates yet for this, la haine, I saw the devil, this is England, last stand ect. and zavvi are very well known for changing dates around without letting people know. Just hope these are out after June.

I personally think this Steelbook is fantastic (enough to triple-dip) and I'm glad to see that I'm not alone. I suffered through pages and pages of how this design is lazy and this is the worst looking Steelbook ever and yet now it's finally all about how happy everyone is to order it. This seems to be a pretty popular trend. Why are people so negative for a hobby they supposedly love? I think I've seen "the worst Steelbook ever made" for over a hundred Steelbooks so far this year, and it's only April.

I'm not getting it. Almost all 2k releases from Zavvi are disappointing for me.

Any news wheter there's any sort of gloss or embossing on this one?

Would be a killer if it would have the same treatment as Play.com's The Raid.

Kudos to zavvi on this one I actually like it, they could have chosen a generic alba but instead went with something more original and unique to the source material

It's going to be a very vocal year.

For this to be perfect it should be nice and flat with no emboss/deboss, full gloss, decent paint job, WHITE whites, and most importantly TWO DISCS.

Locked in a pre-order just in case all the above comes to fruition.

I thought blu ray having loads of storage meant the end of needing loads of discs.

The normal standard Blu-ray release is 2 Discs

Sin City has 2 versions of the film
Theatrical Cut (124:21)
Recut Extended Stories Cut (142:56)

If your a fan of the Film you need to see both there different cuts of the Film
It not possible to fit 2 versions of the Film on 1 Disc as this would affect the film quality

The 2 discs are needed because there is a recut and extended version which came on another disc. Blu-ray Discs can still only hold so much. A 3 hour film can pretty much fill the disc.

Zavvi state that it's got 1 disc on their product description
They've been wrong about this sort of thing in the past though, so hopefully it will have the 2 discs.

Amazon UK stopped free delivery to many countries after Royal Mail changed their pricing at the start of April. Around same time Zavvi started to charge shipping for pre-orders on many countries too. In Stock items seem to be free delivery still thought.
