As for the German text, it is only one word 'Kinofassung'. I don't think it detracts from the art at all though because they have it sitting far enough to the side.

I can already tell though that the gold swirls on her top and the gold bullets and buckle are going to stand out very nice once you have it in hand. This will be one that I display instead of sticking it with all the others and just showing the spine. It's worthy of a full display.

Yes you go all the way through the payment but Amazon is cool because they won't actually charge you until it ships. I also believe that if the price fluctuates during the time until shipment they take the lowest price and give it to you at that price.

You should be able to group your items during the checkout process or have them ship as they become available.

FYI just tried to preorder this with 5 other steels, and i chose the separate delivery option so i would get my five other steels quicker and amazon.de charged me 70 euros for shipping.

Order them together. Amazon.de will sometimes still ship them separately at no extra cost anyway.

Personally, i still prefer the dutch metalpak artwork, but this will probably look better than the canadian version.
