Well I am going to wait a couple more days and may just pull the trigger on this edition since I can't get a UK one, this one is just so much more expensive then the UK and i only budgeted for the UK version.

Wish I knew if there was any german on it or if any of the menus are going to be in German.

I see the region free emblem on there but I also see a region be emblem and I can't read German lol what does it say next to the region be emblem.

just that your blu ray player must have this emblem to play this disc, since its region free it doesn't apply

not the exact same spine as the uk but it reads the same (top to bottom)

Well i only really need a mint cover as the the rest of my UK one is mint so hopefully i can get that from the German one and sneakily return it for a refund.....

If you are going to do that I certainly wouldn't announce it to everyone. Remember that copy you send back may be re-wrapped and sent out to somebody here.

It shouldnt be as theyll be getting a return with a damaged front cover!! We'll see what condition it turns up in first as the fact damaged UK ones are selling on ebay for more than £30 is crazy! Mine with a small dent on the front went for £34

That is really not a nice thing to do. You should return the damaged steelbook back from where you got it from and not ship the stuff back to germany, but i guess financially that would be your best "winnings" as you would then also get back the shipping cost.

Sorry, based on what? I dont believe you are a shop so how is being in a group buy the same? Its slightly different returning a damaged product to a multi national company like Amazon rather than through a group buy, i dont rip people off on trades or group buys so i dont really appreciate you implying that i would

If i ship the UK one back as damaged i get my money back but cant get a replacement as its sold out - do you follow? I want the UK discs as i am in the UK. Why should i have to only have a damaged copy because who ever manufactured them had such lax quality control? If youd step off your high horse it would be appreciated

Either way Amazon as a company receive a damaged steelbook back that THEY sent to me and i keep a mint copy that i have ALREADY paid for when i bought my original. Im not gaining anything extra from this just a mint copy of a steelbook i have purchased
