Word of caution from an UK HDN Member about HMV (thanks VRob98)

People should just be aware of 2 things:
1) If you receive a damaged or faulty copy from now on, you will not receive a replacement or refund
2) If they charge your card and are then unable to fulfil your order, you will not be refunded.

The way a company operates whilst under administration is quite different to how it operates normally, and certain consumer rights are suspended. If anything goes wrong you would have to apply to the administrator or claim against your credit card issuer.

I'd encourage everyone who has orders in with HMV to consider the above, as I'd hate to see anyone here lose their money in all of this.

Not sure about that slip, it's not quite how the mock up looks in the OP is it - the slip looks a completely different colour to the steel. But maybe it's a bad photo.

Probably just the DVD as its a Triple Play. The Blu Ray should be A,B,C. All other editions of the writing on the discs I've seen (albeit Asian ones) are Region Free. I'm sure this will be the same.

Both the slip & blu-ray disc have 'B' on them according to BD, wether it's actually region locked is another thing

I' d say do not panic about the region B thing since it is also only mentioned english as audio and subtitles but there are other languages/subtitles as french for instance(i asked to the person who has taken the photo to check the languages and subtitles for me )
