I got an email confirming they won't mark as gift with low value as they are not allowed. Is that always the case with YA? Thinking about cancelling my order with them now because I'll surely get customs charges if that is true.

I have heard before that they say that but they do mark as low value anyway.

If you're going to be opening one, I'd recommend going for the German one at €25.

Very true but never opened any of my Taiwan ones before. As a huge Bond fan I wouldn't mind this one being the first.

its about $57 each from yesasia , which includes postage ~ so I dont think you would get slugged much ? if at all with Customs Tax ??

If HMV shut the Doors , I swear to Allah , that the UK is gonna go have a revolution soon against the Government !!

Do you really think customs are stupid? If german customs do see any Asian package with low (and most times faked declarations), these packs do anyway end up at customs.

On another note, why should JSDVD delcare by customer wish? Would you do this, if you were a shop owner? They can tick what they want, gift is also ridiculous, as customs will never believe a shop or company would make you a gift.

I am very happy with JSDVD, always glorious packaging, only thing that bothers a bit is the second individual shipping charges payment.

I'm sure I've read on here previously that YesAsia re-pack their items once they arrive in the UK and then send them out (this may also explain why they take forever to get to you). This means no customs fees on their standard delivery option, and if you select any other delivery option, they will refund the customs costs should any apply.

That is certainly true for Germany. YesAsia does "guarantee" no custom charges shipping to Germany if you order above a certain amount.

Looper has now shown up on Amazon so Skyfall might get re-distributed to other stockists. Either way, I'll be happy with a UK Skyfall steel.

If you chose free shipping. They send the goods to Germany to avoid uk customs charges but takes longer. Every one I get is like that for me
