Hope I have this in the right place. I'd like to get some hard cases for my more valuable steels. They seem hard to get. A seller on Ebay Germany is selling them, but won't ship to Canada. but was unable to get any. Can anyone help?:(

The old SC2 had the glue line at the back, I wonder if everyone would prefer that style, or the glue line at the bottom of the slipcover like our newer ones?

Definitely the older style. Just realized the glue had moved last night when I went to put a new steel into one. Much prefer the glue to be hidden on the back as it ruins the clean and shiny presentation.

Is there anything planned from you guys that will fit the slip cases and lenti slips from Kimchi and Blufans?

I know quite a few collectors that use our SCF1 slipcover for kimchi steels, they are the biggest fully enclosed slipcover on the market. We were toying with the idea of making them slightly bigger.

I think the glue line looks better at the bottom, but that's if collectors use the slipcovers with the spine showing. I know quite a few collector's also use the slipcovers to protect the spine which means the glue line would be on the top of the steelbook, which is unsightly. If we made the glue line on the back again would it appeal to all collector's?

I think pretty much the majority use the slips with spine going in first judging by the many images on the forum. Personally preferred the glue line on the back.

Does anyone use our SC3 slipcovers for sealed steelbooks? Need to know what people thick of them, shall we make them bigger?

Do we need to make any adjustments to the SCF1, size for example? The new ones will be around the £5.50 mark for a pack of 10 and alot cheaper the more you purchase. Any collectors who use kimchi sleeves, these are slightly bigger in size and will be cheaper.

I prefer the glue line at the bottom, it's hidden. I personally think the Scf1 is perfect as is.

Hi KingSteelie,

Cam you come up with some sort of Slips for OAB Blufam Releases such as Jack Reacher, GI Joe, WWZ, JFK, Rocky, and Robocop thanks.

I dont collect blufans steels myself so its hard to know exactly. I know they have the slipcover over the steel, would you be able to measure the WWZ for me and give me the sizes, thickness, width and height. I will check and we may be able to increase the sizes slightly on our new SCF1 slipcover.

There he is! Glad to finally have you aboard, Matt

Hey now, don't speak for everyone! I personally put my steels in with the spine going in last, so when on the shelf you can see an exposed spine as apposed to plastic. Maybe this kind of thing should have a poll so Matt can see what the majority of people want.

At the moment I prefer glue line at the bottom and I don't care about thumb tabs as I don't display mine (haven't got the shelf space).

Well hello Steve, It took me a while didnt it

It is very hard to make the perfect slipcover when we all prefer different things but would be great to have a poll.

Majority = not everyone ;)

But looking at images of collections on here the vast majority DO place spine first! Even the promo images Matt uses are spine first.

Sorry dude but your in a very small minority, because I don't even think I have seen one person post images where the spine is to the opening on any forum with a steelbook section lol.

Aww please don't move it, the glue line on bottom is much better :(

If the glue line is on the back it means you can put the steel in either way. If the glue line is on the top, then for the majority of people who load spine first it's on full show. It was better where it originally was as that suits both ways of loading. :)

I personally prefer it on the bottom as do quite a few people I know who buy them. Everyone has their own opinion.

Mine is glue on bottom is perfect :)

The ones I have the glue is on the bottom. I really didn't want to get into this back and forth. That is my preference yours is different totally cool. :)

Perhaps they could do both?
