Hope I have this in the right place. I'd like to get some hard cases for my more valuable steels. They seem hard to get. A seller on Ebay Germany is selling them, but won't ship to Canada. but was unable to get any. Can anyone help?:(

They redesigned them if I'm not wrong. My steels are hardly fit into those (most not!) while sealed. Kimchi ones are perfect but I couldnt find them unfortunately.

NinjaFeetz you are free to buy if you want but postage from Turkey may hurt you! :) (not sure wtih the price but wont be cheap..)
Have you tried bending the plastic piece that goes into the side outwards a little bit? Most of mine aren't sealed, so if they are indeed an older, smaller model and the postage isn't too crazy, I'll actually take those off you! Will send you a PM :)

I need to invest in some of these plastic cases, but I'm not sure which ones I should get.

The ones from Movie-Style and the Steelshells look the same to me, except the locking mechanism that keeps them together is different. What's the difference between the two?

Most of my stuff is open, so which ones should order?

The Movie-Style one's are slightly bigger, so they're good for steels with slips and J-cards. If you have mostly open steels, I'd get the Blu Steels instead as they're a more snug fit. (I own and use both)

Maybe someone from Poland can tell me where i can find such sleeves localy? It's too expensive for the shipment when the price is so small:D

Do you guys put your sealed lenticular KimchiDVD exclusive Steelbooks within the Kimchi full plastic cases? I tried but they are way too tight and I am certain it would damage the slipcover if I inserted them all the way. I ended up only using the KimchiDVD cases for my 1/4 slips.

I put my Tangled full lenticular slip into the Kimchi case, and with the 2nd case I put my Blufans Oz in it without issue. A little snug, I have to open the top and bottom to push it out from one end, but it fits without to much effort putting it in.

Has anyone else had problems with an order from Blu-steels? Been over a month and a group buy off Steelshells has gone missing and both postal services say the other has it.

have you had this resolved, as i too order from blu-steels.com at the start of the month then on Nov 5th i got an e-mail stating that they had been posted and to leave feedback but i have yet to recieve my items.
i have sent him a message a few days ago asking about this but i have not had any reply yet. i know royal mail can be a bit slow at times but it shouldn't take more than 3 weeks to send a package from Germany to the UK
:angry::angry:

Yeah, dunno what happened, it was in customs limbo for a month and then randomly it was in Tennessee and started moving

bought plenty from them never had a problem, would definitely recommend to anyone interested as i recieved mine within about 3 - 4 days
i have put in about 4 orders to them each time for 10 or 50 at a time and for every repeat order you place again they will send you an extra sleeve so an extra one with your second order and an extra two with your third and so on up to an extra six sleeves, then it reverts back to one extra sleeve and so on
hope this helps

i prefer the ones from Kimchi-all sides closed:thumbs:- and you can also protect the thicker lenti Steels with these.

I love the Kimchi ones but I do not put my lenticular slipped Steelbooks in such as the KimchiDVD exclusives because I find the fit to be just too tight which makes me worry that it would damage the wrapper / slipcover itself. :emb:
