Hope I have this in the right place. I'd like to get some hard cases for my more valuable steels. They seem hard to get. A seller on Ebay Germany is selling them, but won't ship to Canada. but was unable to get any. Can anyone help?

Just received my pack of protective sleeves from Kimchidvd

What I like most is that these sleeves protect all sides and fits perfectly

I had a delivery from steelbook central last week and am well chuffed with the protectors (i went for all sides without spine). The flap is a little annoying at times but by about the 20th one i found a way of folding them so it doesnt get in the way as much.

any more thoughts on these? i was trying to decide between these (SC2s) or movie style (opened steel version)? the price is better from movie style but from what i have heard, the fit may be better from steelbook central.

I finally got around to ordering a pair of fully enclosed cases from videogameboxprotectors. I have 20 SCF1s from steelbook central and these two I bought compare extremely well. The ones from videogameboxprotectors are a little smaller and are a tighter fit around the steelbook than the ones from steelbook central. I do not think sealed ones with a big j-card would fit.

However, in terms of quality they are comparable in my opinion. I can post some pics of comparison if anyone wants but for U.S. steelbook collectors looking for good quality and cheap shipping these are awesome. 10 for $10 shipped is amazing.

Can we make it clearer in the first post over which types are bigger/better fit? From what I gather:

SCF1 Full slip from Steelbook Central - fits steelbooks with slipcovers
3 sides slip & Jumbo from Blu-steels.com (Germany) - does not fit
3 sides slip from Mov-Style.fr - fits
Kimchi Clear Plastic cases - fits?
videogameboxprotectors - does not fit

Also, is it just me or is Steelbook Central always OOS?

I think the ones i got were SC3s. I have had no trouble so far with them fitting sealed and unsealed steels.

I bought the movie style slips that say they will fit sealed steels and I am a little disappointed. It feels like I have to force my sealed steels into them and I am afraid to even try my Iron Man 3 Zavvi in one. Can anyone give me suggestions on another kind that will fit IM3 without having to force it in? Thanks!

I purchased the Steelbook Central SCF1 (all sides sealed), and had no issue with any IM3 or even The Wolverine with lenticular magnet.
