If you couldn’t make it to Sin City for this year’s Consumer Electronics Show and you want to see Sony’s press conference, the web has you covered. Sony will stream its CES 2010 press conference today on Ustream and CNET.

Since the show is more geared toward consumer electronics, you can expect to hear a lot about Sony’s mobile phones, cameras, and TVs. However, the company’s gaming side will likely have a strong presence. We will probably hear more about the motion controller, 3D gaming, and perhaps more on electronics integration. Then again, it’d be great to hear about something completely new.

Unfortunately, Sony has a knack for letting the cat out of the bag early with big news (we’re looking at you PS3 Slim), so we aren’t expecting any ground-breaking news. Furthermore, if there is big news in its gaming department, Sony would probably wait for a stronger videogame expo like E3.

Look to hear from CEO and President Sir Howard Stringer and other Sony executives at today’s press conference. It is scheduled to run today, January 6 from 4:14-5:15 p.m. PST. We’ll be sure to post any interesting news that comes out of the conference.
