I received this today and it looks surprisingly good! I saw some pictures of this about a week ago and already then I could tell this is a good looking steelbook but damn! My only gripe is that it doesn't have the Spidey 3 bonus disc but I have it on DVD already so it isn't that big of a deal. Another slight complaint is that I really don't like when studios release multiple movies in a regular steelbook case. Should really be a jumbo case but oh what the hell. Overall I'm very happy with this.

While I do agree that this should've been in a jumbo with maybe a couple of discs of special features, I have to say that I like when small collections (trilogies, mainly) come in a single steel. Spider-Man, Matrix, Men In Black, and I'd be all up in Evil Dead's business if one came out (happy to keep the reboot separate) or a Blade one.

EDIT: Just re-read what you wrote: Regular steelbook case. Well it seems that we are in complete agreement, sir!

Did you get yours ok mate? I suggested in my feedback that he use bubblewrap on Steelbooks in the future - hopefully he'll take that on board!

I didn't even buy one, I might do soon as I've held off the temptation due to it being pretty much the same as the German version. :)

it this sold out already from Amazon UK? I am glad I placed order yesterday for £13.22 directly from Amazon UK.

It's not sold out, Amazon UK purchased steelbooks from market sellers and are selling those around £14.50 at the same time, along with theirs at £17.79, not a bad price you got for £13.22.

Is this seller using a box for packaging? this seller seems to have quite a few of these, may sell out again soon though.

Down to £11.41 on Play via EntWarehouse

Not sure what their packaging is like though, but they have been trading on there for a while and have good feedback

EEK!

Thanks for the heads up.

So glad I held off, Sony kicked me where it hurts with Captain Philips a few months back, never again will I buy a Sony steelbook at full retail price, it's dropped over £8 in a week, madness.

I can get it for 13 pounds today but because of that stupid free sticker the shipping to USA is unavailable and you can't remove the stupid sticker from your cart.
