I placed an order with Zavvi when it was a higher price. Knowing what zavvi are like I tried to cancel and reorder, and it won't let me cancel! Their online services are so bad I don't know how they stay in business.

you have to request a cancellation then about an hour later you'll get notification of it. A very painfully crap process

some people when had issues have gone using phone browser instead and been able to cancel that way week or 2 ago there was issues with normal web browsers and cancelling

Email them and tell them you want to cancel. The items are not out for months so there is no reason why you can't cancel
