All Star Wars Steelbooks are listed as Currently Unavailable on Amazon UK
Wow that was fast sell out
I wonder what the Amazon UK stock allocation was

I and a lot of others going just by web forums ordered earlier with Amazon
I wonder how many they sold

I've gone for the whole set from zavvi using the 10% code VM50OFF.
This set is too good to miss out on. I also saw artwork for the latest film ep7 that matches these :)
As in steelbook art?? I mean, think we all know that the poster art for episode VII will match I-VI, but in terms of a matching steelbook, it would be nice to have a matching steelbook.

Also went for the whole set using the discount code- I liked the front art but would of preferred the poster art. But now they've released pictures confirming that as the rear artwork I'm totally sold on these...

I cancelled my zavvi order for all 6 and ordered with amazon instead. Luckily before all sold out :)

I had used a 10% off code at zavvi bringing it to £119.99. All 6 at Amazon was only £113.94.

I figured if amazon price them lower after pre order i will still get the price promise and new lower price. However if zavvi had dropped the price after ordering i would not get it cos i had used the 10% off code.

"These highly collectable films will be available for a LIMITED TIME ONLY and can be pre-ordered beginning August 7th"
Los Angeles, CA - August5, 2015
The announcements were made today by The Walt Disney Studios, Lucas Films Ltd. and Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.

By LIMITED TIME ONLY I don't personally expect that to mean 12/24 hours !

Awaiting stock on Base and HMV online at a more reasonable price :)

These are popping up all over the place now and hopefully with more retailers getting them the prices should come down. Don't get why the UKs are so expensive
Canadians versions are well cheap

Unfortunately, there are several instances where UK consumers get ripped off- Think I've noticed mainly on things like electrical goods or video games (for instance, a PS4 with Batman on Amazon.com is $379.99 which equates to approximately £246, where the same bundle is being sold on Amazon.co.uk for £320- a whole £74 more...)

Literally thousands and thousands of these will be made available worldwide FOR A LIMITED PERIOD though for what limited period they will be available is anybody's guess and before anybody posting back with "Until they are sold out" let's remember that they can always print more depending on demand which is high judging by how quickly they came and went on Amazon UK.

Any word on 1) whether these will be region free and 2) if there will be a GB? Even with shipping, that would save a small fortune- £54 for the 6 steels is an absolute steal...

i'm not sure they will do a GB if amazon canada release it ! And i really don't know about the region free
