Delayed a freakin month!? Jesus, it's gonna be 6 weeks from pay to actual mailing date. Add another 2-3 weeks for delivery, it's gonna be 2 months!!! Is this common practice now for these premium steelbooks? Because if it is, this might be my first and last. I don't get why we gotta pay so early in advance, for something that will be deliver so late! I coulda used that $200 on some other highly desirable steels on eBay. Not happy! Gonna be a lot less happy if I get hit with customs on top of all this BS.

Wait a minute, wait a minute. ESTIMATED delivery July 20th, that's only an estimate!! You mean it could be longer!? There's gotta be a money back option for delays of this nature. It's borderline unfair.

That's mighty nice of you, since the $30 deposit is non refundable, the fact that you will refund all $200 is more than generous. I'll keep this offer in my back pocket, see if there are anymore delays. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks 8 weeks between payment and deliver is not acceptable, but it is what it is. Maybe the buyers of my eBay auction won't mind if they get their parcels for 8 weeks, and afford me that amount of time before they file a dispute. I'll,let you know

Sorry @stevo I actually didn't specify how much the refund would be. You would be refunded the $170 as, just like you mentioned and as per the T&C's of the group buy, the $30 is non-refundable.

Delays cannot be helped and this delay is not a problem that has occurred because of the group buy host or HDN. This is down to Disney in China making changes. Appreciate this is your first premium (ever I don't know) but delays aren't that uncommon and releases with Blufans generally take much longer than normal releases and other premium companies.

To give Blufans some credit, they've actually posted the reason for the delay. Sometimes they don't even bother.

Patience is the name of the game when it comes to Blufans, ask anyone here and they will tell you the same. 8 weeks is about normal for a Blufans release, sometimes longer!

As I said, if you want a refund (and let me make that clear for you) of your $170 then let me know as I'm sure there'll be someone else who missed it who would love to snap it up.

Vader's Vault make replica light sabers - you'll pay circa £500 for the privilege (not including import fees), and wait 6 months after payment is taken for delivery. BluFans is a drop in the ocean compared to that!

Try buying something from everythingblu and see what you call BS. People been waiting 5 1/2 months for their Shaun Of the Dead steels with payment upfront and are still waiting without any rational explanation. Why don't you take 3 hours and have a read of the thread lol.

At least blufans have given a detailed explanation, not some vague nonsense.

Chill out mate. It happens. If you don't like any form of delays definately do not invest in premium steels. Zavvi will do the job for you

Maybe you ought to just chill out a bit here, friend. Fighting with everyone that's calmly explaining to you how this is very normal in the premium steelbook game isn't going to make your point any clearer. It seems like you're typically dealing in the world of ebay, and I won't make any comments around scalping and scalpers, but it's fairly clear what your motivations are for acquiring this ultra-in-demand release at face value.

Basically, calm down. Screaming and crying on here doesn't make sense because no one here can control anything that Blufans does. If you have a problem with their delays or practices, contact them. I hope they'll be able to somehow continue without your business.

Don't take it personally or feel he is being aggressive or difficult. stevo likes to express his opinion and is not afraid to express his thoughts at all where most members will keep quiet. Also to note stevo is an old school collector in the old John Rambo and Iron Man Future shop days so he would not be aware of the delays that are regularly experienced in Premium steel Group Buys. Just to give you a quick note for those that don't know stevo to consider before posting

I literally paid for this 7 days ago and the delay won't be nothing on EBs Shaun so I'm not bothered. Like a few have said the excuse is rather reasonable with Disney China going through audit with distributor changeover

I don't know why he's so mad but if it's because it's been whacked on eBay to make a big profit (which is how it's coming across) then serves them right
