I hope you take your business and your attitude elsewhere after this release - or change your attitude yourself. The delays were clearly explained to you - that you still have some personal problem with it is on you to get over. You were offered a refund (minus deposit) if you were so unhappy with what was taking place.

"This company" announces releases when they are allowed to by the studio who is releasing the movie. The sensor and release rules are different and stricter in China than what they are in other countries releasing premium steelbooks and there is a language barrier being dealt with as well. So no, we do not yet know what exclusive 44 is - is it wrecking your life not knowing? They announce them as early as they can for the collector's benefit so that they can plan ahead without purchasing everything that each company releases. You and your entitled attitude are contributing nothing except a negative attitude towards something that you are lucky enough to even have access to. Without these group buys, people outside of China have no other way except eBay to get Blufans releases. We are fortunate to be part of this group, suck it up or go away.

Is that what your trying to say? This is not a love fest, if people don't speak up, then things that are not acceptable becomes exceptable. We have enough people like you towing the line. We need more people like me, who are willing to call bs when bs needs to be called. Oh yeah, and if you don't like my opinions, you go take a hike. Go do something productive like pound sand or something.

Well, whenever and wherever you please is true to a certain degree but if it's group buys then you can easily be stopped from joining them, refunded and not get the product. It's down to the group buy host to ultimately choose who can be a part of the group buy.

No, this is not the only title that has had a delay. I've explained the reasons for the delay for this product a few times now, yet you appear to come across that it's HDNs fault?? (If that's not the case then I apologise). I get that you're less than impressed with the delays, everyone feels the same but when it comes to Blufans patience is the key as Blufans as less than stellar with their updates. Each and every update that I get is posted in this thread, I can't do much more than that. Perhaps next time for you, you'd be better waiting for the product to be released and then purchasing on the secondary market so you get it much quicker?

Excuse me? I'm the ones that's rude? You need to open your eyes and read the responses to my posts buddy. I find your attitude and tone not to my liking either. Last I checked, this forum is about free speech. You trying to bring in censorship or something? I respond to posts in the manner it was responded to. Fair is fair. There are legitimate concerns about lengthy delays. What part of tying someone's money up do you not understand? If you were to do this in the real world like eBay, your buyer would simply open a case up against you. In which case, if you had no tracking, you would loose both your money, and your item. That is reality, not this love fest in this particular thread. One person expresses his opinion, that differs from the group, and we get people like you accusing me of "bitching". I guess if I just nod my head in agreance, like all these other people, that wouldn't be bitching now would it?

Did I say it was just you that was rude? Clearly not. My post was in direct reply to you as I was addrsssing just you. Of course there is freedom of speech which is why I've asked you a bunch of questions in my response to you. If I wanted to censor you I'd just delete all your posts and be done with it.

You've taken my post to you in the wrong way, I was simply asking you some questions and trying to address some of the points you have made. Everyone can express their opinions, just ask @lgans316 and like I have done.

Trust me, this is not a lengthy delay, which I have explained to you previously and I'm not going to go over this yet again with you buddy. Your money isn't tied up, it's been paid to Blufans for the product you have requested. The products are currently being shipped. Full slips were shipped a couple of days ago, the rest as being prepped at the minute. Delays aren't ideal and if Blufans were more customer focused you'd get better updates which I could pass on. However they are not and I am limited to the information that I get given from them. Again, had you been a part of more Blufans group buys (not just on here but anywhere else) you'd know this.

This wouldn't happen on eBay as Blufans do not operate on eBay. The only way you can purchase Blufans is via Group Buys on various forums and then on the secondary market once the product has been released, which is what I would suggest you do for your next potential Blufans purchase to try and save all the waiting. If you're threatening to put a claim in with PayPal, please do so. I can get your shipment stopped and offer you a refund as I have explained before.

Accusing you of bitching? Not at all. You are bitching. You can ***** and moan all you like, nobody is saying you can't. Freedom of speech and all that. All I'm saying is, and if you re-read the reply I sent to you, it doesn't matter how much you moan about Blufans their structure will not change. This is how they've worked for quite a while now. Their delays used to be horrendous and a damn sight worse than this minor Star Wars delay.

Hopefully my next corespondence with you will be when I send you your tracking number for your one click. If you have any issues then I suggest you take it up with a forum admin. I'm not trying to give you a hard time and I want you to be a happy customer.

@stevo - have you had a chance to view the Shaun of the Dead everythingblu thread yet? :rofl: After two delays and ten weeks since dispatch people are still waiting for their products. You should read it, it might make you chuckle :LOL:

Seriously @stevo, the difference with SOD thread where I was bitching and moaning and with everyone else, we had every rational legitimate reason for doing so which was and stil isn't acceptable!

I too am waiting for the one click buddy. Sure you can keep moaning and but in my opinion I still see this as a 'legitimate' delay. Until it turns out unacceptable I will start bitching as well :LOL:

Of course there is freedom of speech! Have you seen @cooey vs @lgans316 and myself vs @Flloydo winding each other up? :LOL: Then @Mickle_89 trying to stir things up :p The difference with this is we have friendly banter. When circumstances become unacceptable then we have 'legitimate' bitching :D

These delays are frustrating but looks like we have gotten used to it. All we can do is rant and moan. Doubt if anything would be done about it. A retailer taking money upfront and continuously postponing their releases is not good but at the same time we need their products. So it is a win-win with a bit of teeth grinding at the buyer's end lol. However I have no objections with buyers criticising the retailers for delays as it is one way of stress relief. :)

But in this circumstances isn't it the distributor that has caused the delay?
 
I heard they plan to release BluFans for the prequels and the original trilogy, just hoping that the Original Trilogy has a version of the film that isn't the special edition.

Personally I'm ok with the special editions, it was the blu ray edits that truly tainted the original trilogy for me. Thank god George Lucas is out of the picture now.

Without getting too involved I speak my mind on this forum like many do, some hate me for it and some don't but I go into a blufans GB knowing I won't get it on the dot of when they say it's released but then I also know they won't take the p*ss like some retailers cough cough EB and the standard of their releases are far above par. Infact some of the best on the market

Delays are frustrating but the delay for this was pretty legitimate and honest unlike some retailers who prance around the real reasons.
