is it possible that the artwork is not final??
Been pre-ordering these then canceling them then re ordering them. Cant make my mind up, im not a star wars freak but i do enjoy these films, ive never seen the original trilogy (un-tampered ones) so that doesnt bother me.
For £29.99 each as steelbooks, are they worth it?
of course they are!
imdb top 250 ranks #11,16,80
and at 10GBP each film fairly priced
You're probably right, still I am holding out hope the original unedited versions will see the light of day. I worry my CBS VHS tapes are getting fragile.
I wouldn't hold my breath on this one.
Lucas didn't release the unaltered trilogy in blu-ray and I doubt that Disney will release the unaltered trilogy onto Blu-ray either, as I bet it was part of the agreement.
Was this ever 21 GBP at any point. I clicked the link in the banner hoping it had gone down but no such luck

Where was that?
when you click the home link at the very top of the page, right under the welcom <username> on the top right side its in a banner right below that, at least for me anyway
Yes but the star wars is in stock, which is why I was wondering if it was lower at some point

I thought that they were reasonably priced until i went into my local HMV and saw that they had a brand new "Star Wars The Complete Saga" 9 disc box set (All 6 films and extras) for £20... I couldn't believe it and just bought it right away and cancelled the steels, i mean, for a 1/3rd of the price and a bunch of extras not included with the steel isn't bad at all
After that i consider these to be rather overpriced...
