That would be the UK VAT reduced from the listed price of the steel Seatteite.. It's only charged to UK residents, so the price reduces to that extent when you check out your order to a non-UK address.

Ok, I wasn't aware they included VAT in the price. I assumed that they charged it on top of the price for the Brits upon checkout. My mistake... thanks for the info.

Not just the UK - also to everyone who lives in the EU, unfortunately.

Rip off Britain. We pay more than everyone else for most things so why not ship steels halfway round the globe for less than we pay ourselves makes complete sense. Rant over.

I have been extremely vocal about this.

Costs £95.25 for 3 copies of this for us in the UK / EU but just £84.44 including shipping to the USA.

As tax payer we have every right to criticize Amazon.co.uk who dodged paying Corporation tax by setting up offshore accounts like Starbucks. The CEO was panned by the MPs. He couldn't even open his mouth and speak assertively when called for the hearing.

Amazon.co.uk charges only £5.06 for shipping 3 Steels to the US whereas Amazon.com charges $13~$15. Wish Amazon.com offers such low price and cheap shipping. :(

I'm still debating getting this - I've placed an order just in case. I don't own the original trilogy (or prequels but I only like 1/3 of those) so think this would probably be a good edition to get. Hmm.
