Good to see Zavvi shipping the sold out 3D versions first, since HMV are soon getting rid of their instore 4K sections due to utter failure of sales, Zavvi are smart to keep the sold out customers presented first.
That makes 0 sense. As long as Zavvi have stock of any of the versions it serves them well to ship them out to customers, no matter if it’s 3D or not. Unless you think 4K customers are second class to 3D customers...
Yes, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the there's been a distribution hiccup with the 4K steelbooks ... more people seem to be waiting for their 4Ks not just here but on other forums too.

That’s exactly my point, still there’s who doesn’t know what’s right or wrong, but like to post anything they think it’s right... which didn’t help anything but created more confusion...That's why I posted those photos was not the UK steelbook a few times
That's the problem when you have a steelbook with differences in various countries
It's best to keep these photos to relevant thread for that country unless you know for sure it will be same steelbook

I don't purposely keep my steels sealed but usually don't open until I want to watch them. Kinda makes me wonder though what condition my sealed steels are in
Jeez, that sucks, reminds me of the damage to my Justice League steelbook, really large scratches all over the back,
Is this the 3D version?, if so, easy solution, just order the 4k one now, then swap over the discs and j card and send the 4k one back with the damaged steel, that way you get refunded for the 4k. if its the 4k, then just order a replacement and send this one back.
My 3d is perfect, awaiting my 4k copy, maybe tomorrow.

yea its the 3d version, i find it so hard to return items to zavvi they make it so hard for ya, i have emailed them, will see what there reply is, swings and roundabouts as my justice league steelbook was spot on, just so time consuming all the time, cheers mate,
I don't have any issue getting a returns note from zavvi anymore, I just make sure I send a request for refund from the drop down menues on the order screen , politely ask for no partial refunds and ensure I send a picture showing the damage, they almost always send a returns note and link to print a RM tracked returns label via email.
Just in case the 3D is sold out for good, my suggestion about ordering the 4k and swapping over the discs and j card is the sensible one, especially if the 4k one is still available, as we don't know for how long that will be, knowing what happened with Thor ragnarok, and both versions selling out pretty quickly.
Anyway, whatever you choose, hope it's sorted for you.
I would ALWAYS order a replacement if there is still one available, as I have experienced them selling out after sending an item back, then saying they had none left to send me as a replacement!!thanks for the advice my friend, will maybe try that if zavvi cant replace it,,
Mine arrived yesterday as well, the spine does my nut in when lined up with all the previous WWA Star Wars steelbooks

I cancelled because the film was godawful. I will not support dross like TLJ. I hope Solo is better
