Mando and Grogu are making the leap to the big screen. Lucasfilm has announced that the next "Star Wars" movie will feature the dynamic duo from the Disney+ series "The Mandalorian." Jon Favreau is set to direct "The Mandalorian & Grogu," which is due to begin filming sometime this year. Disney and Lucasfilm seem to be confident in the project as it figures to be the next film in the franchise to actually hit theaters.

Down for it. But I'm surprised they're doing this instead of finishing the mando, ahsoka and rangers of the new republic shows and then bind em all together in a finale movie like Filoni said a while ago. Odd that they're doing this random movie now. Or maybe they don't plan to continue the current shows at all and this is indeed the finale. Who knows.
Man, I sure hope they're gonna be serious about that character and not make some bs like with Ziro in Clone Wars.
I love Mando. I love Grogu. But this was not great.
Its not giving me confidence for the movie... I need something more then that same teaser they've been showing for the past 4-5 months.
