It's been reported today those that purchased ROS from HMV
They have this edition with the slipcover with new artwork but the Amaray case inside the slip is the existing 4K amaray from April 2020
I don't know if all retailers are the same but it's possible

The image pics on zoom seem not to have a slip and just show an amaray case, does that mean these will come without slips from zoom?
I bought it on zoom.co.uk but they sent me the old version.... I wrote them and they answered me “that we were provided the wrong stock for the title” And also that “for the Rise of Skywalker 4KUHD, it is just the slipcover that is new I'm afraid and the artwork is the old release as they have not re-released the title with new artwork.”
Would be cool if someone could create amaray artwork for this and Solo based on the slipcovers so collectors can replace the original artwork
