I've not purchased a Steelie from Base.com yet, how do you find them for packaging, deliveries, customer service etc.?

As for packaging it's pretty much standard for the moment in the UK a cardboard envelope (most retailers have switched to them), CS is reasonably good in the UK, outside of the UK I don't know

Just got it too Was finally able to preorder my last remaining Disney steelbook to complete my collection - Cinderella.

Had already had it on preorder, but Zavvi's archaic system of orders placed using cards that have now expired meant i had to cancel all mine and then play the waiting game for them to come back into stock again.
