With cardboard,I've never recieved a damaged steelbook from them.

I bought twice and came only with the white bag two steels together and loose inside the package, miraculously traveled from UK to Brazil without damage.

Yeah, their packaging is iffy, but their CS are fairly no quibble: it doesn't arrive as it should, they take it back.

Zoverstocks don't do that anymore.

Only when it says "certified frustration free packaging" the steelbooks come in a cardboard envelope.
