I contacted Zoverstocks recently regarding packaging and they said they use A1 mailers or jiffy bags for SteelBooks.

Ok, I checked with "You Want It We Got It" they use a bubble bag as well for steelbooks, so they do not have a good standard like Entertainment Store on play.com.

Zoverstocks packaging leaves a lot to be desired, but their CS is excellent, so if what you receive doesn't meet expectations, they give a refund.
