Non of the zavvi codes are working for me, I've tried multiple times yesterday and today. Clicking on an email sent by zavvi didn't work either, bummer..

You're not the only one who's been having this problem.

Go to the Steelbook Retailer Zone and click on the Sanborns Thread. Read the post from @Ronnie3067 (page 7 #122). I think you'll find it answers your question.

For all those who already have an account with Rakuten check your Superpoints balance, a lot of people have had 500 points added but they have to be used by the end of Boxing day (26th December).

I haven't had a chance to check it yet but you may be able to redeem these points and use the £5 code too.

Doesn't work on a guest checkout. You need to be signed in as a member. Not sure if that helps
