yes agreed packaging is awful mine turned up in a jiffy bag you would think they would all use same packaging world wide,my pacific rim(UK amazon) turned up in a box why my canadian amazon can't do this i don't know!
As too customs i ordered the lost boys and was £17.81 they did not bat an eyelid!

You think maybe some staff here at HDN could have a word in there ear put them onto the right way to do packaging then they could sell hell of alot more if they did!

its the only thing putting me off to be honest from buying another 3 steels at the moment i'm not sure i fancy the gamble!

Customs will be OK as it's below £15 before P&P which is the threshold for UK customs
