I contacted amazon.co.uk and was told that it expires by December 10. When I asked if it was by end of day or not, I was put on hold and the agent declared verifying with the technical team then came back apologising that that there were some technical issues that prompted the "code expired message" and then he applied a promotional code to my account to be automatically applied the next time I order.
