They are on back order.

In other words there are more being produced. I am hedging my bets that Amazon will receive more.

So I will wait patiently and purchase from a retailer who does not over-inflate prices.

Doubt it - more likely they will email you some time in the next few weeks to say they are unable to source these.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. My experience with wowhd is that when it doesn't say in stock but shipping within 7-10 days that could mean they don't get anymore stock. Prepare to get the order cancelled.

Just my experience though, you guys could be lucky I guess.
