Packaging
Steelbooks will be send in accordance with the box-in-a-box method: the Steelbook will be put into a small cardboard box, surrounded by bubblewrap or paper, surrounded by a bigger box. This way a buffer of air will be created to minimize risk of dents.
Single Steelbooks can be sent within an envelope, but this is for Europe ONLY and I do NOT recommend this because of high damage risk.
Shipping
I always send my packages with track&trace at the least to prevent items being lost or false claims. This includes priority shipping, proof of shipment, free return2sender service and a barcode which can be used @ tracktrace.nl to see daily status updates (for all EU destinations and prominent locations overseas).
For an extra €1.30 all packages will be sent registered, which includes all the advantages of track&trace, but adds insurance up to €500 and signing for receipt.
