lmao at the whining about the Harley edition only being available in the box set. I'd have liked to have got the Baby Doll edition for Sucker Punch but it wasn't to be, you get the next best option and move on with your life. You can call it good business sense (making you spend the money to get the most popular character or rewarding the fans of the film who are willing to invest more heavily in it than others either way it's certainly not greedy.

Dare I say labelling any of these after 1 character is a loose term anyway as they're only distinguishable by the rear cover art on the slip and thus no where near as nice as that Baby Doll edition was/is.

Having said all that I'm getting the box set as I really like the film

I agree it is good business sense from HDZ point of view, I get it totally. But on the other side of the coin, people, like me, can be peeved as it has obviously been used to push their sales of the one click and collectors will be disappointed, because we are not all fortunate enough to be able to blow money left right and centre on every release that comes out. If you can, good for you, I'm sure it will be worth it, it looks a good set. Me however, pissed, as I think like many others, it should be available in a single edition as it's what a lot of people wanted.

So I'll be going for the Joker edition only now, and guess what, won't lose sleep over it and will try and piece my life back together!

These design choices are all a shambles with the only decent one being made available by spending a Shite load of money on shite films. So I personally think it's a p*ss take in this instance and nothing like the sucker punch scenario

Zeta know we all wanted Harley on a slip and now they have used that against us. So I say for those that are not happy with their choices of editons then vote with your wallet

Like many have said it should of been a double lenti of joker and Harley avaliable to buy separately and the special case could of featured different Harley art witht the mushroom cloud or made that singular and made a Harley/joker slip As the special case

I'm not a fan of Will Smith, but I think this will be the edition I'll buy, because the lenti is better. Joker lenti is similar to Novamedia's lenti, only difference is Katana, El Diablo and the background.

I don't think I'm being condescending no, certainly no more than those who I'm addressing who are taking their disappointment beyond just that and throwing phrases like greed and 'taking the piss' around just because they can't get the edition they want

If that one featured a better lenti image like the mushroom cloud art then I would go with that because I don't mind the joker art but the lenti on that editon is a horrible image IMO

I was expecting something much better from Zeta with this like their BvS.

I was only buying to complete the DC set so in away these design choices have saved me a lot of money on one editon of a film I'll barely watch. A bit like what I did with sucker punch except they all have good art

That's the thing for me too, I actually don't care that it's the Harley edition, it's the fact I really like that lenti image and having held off from buying the HMV with that art...

If I want a Harley Edition, I'm MORE than happy with @zestys awesome custom creation!

Reason I like the Joker version the most is that it features art work I haven't seen on a release of this film yet (that and the rear artwork is purple as oppose to the neon green that's used on every release of this film)

Deadshot editions front is just Manta's Full Slip (albeit cropped differently)
Harley editions front is just the HMV Steelbook

I actually agree with whoever it was that said the art on the actual box could have been better as well as that's just the WWA Steelbook on the front and another common image on the back.

Still getting the boxeset though regardless

I think the Joker edition is probably the best of the 2 single editions mainly because the artwork looks different to what's already been used. All 3 look decent but not sure if I want to spend that amount on a boxset.

I thought the film was rubbish, but I didn't think much of BvS either, and I love that box set to bits. For those counting, this box set lwill have a total of 14(!) lentis between the box, slips, and lenti cards.

And for all the hubub about the potential Harley Quinn edition, the only lenti that features her outside of a group shot is in the art cards. I had fully expected them to milk her appeal for all its worth and slap a giant Harley Quinn lenti on the box itself and/or a double lenti on the slip exclusive to the box set).

Weird move on Hdz part. They should've just kept the 'special pack' edition exclusive to boxset and Harley edition available for all. Would've been win/win for all sides. I enjoyed this movie but not as much as the other DC movies. So no boxset for me. Plus i already have like 4 different versions of this movie.

joker edition is the most attractive. i like the rich purple background vs the sherbet ice cream mix. the dark front lenticular fits the tone and feel of the film best too. harley quinn version is ok but i'm going joker on this one.

Am I the only one that don't really like the steelbook design?
I've always disliked the art they use for the cover.
Having Joker's eyes and mouth floating in the background just always seems cringe worthy to me
