Totally hear ya' mate  I myself am not as OCD prone as I once was and I open more than I used to, too. If you plan on opening and enjoying your premium editions for what they are and actually watching the movie (>shock horror! :OMG::p ) ...OCD and opening is not a good combination :ohno: I mostly find little things wrong with the ones I open but there have been ones I do consider flawless and totally mint (so, it is possible ;)).

This package however what just riddled with QC issues from the get-go as I previously described and none of which as you say are acceptable to just pass off and ignore, IMO. If this hobby was cheaper and the "premiums" didn't carry such a hefty price tag :greedy: I'd be more forgiving... :notworthy: but, they're not, so........ :p

*Just a few quick pics of some of the bad stuff. I have more but won't bombard you with it... :coffee::sorry:
sry to hear / read that. when you bought it via GB, then contact wxlinksw and he will help you

Holy S**t !! That's really really bad ! I found a couple of hairline scratches on mine, but nothing like that! At least W ( for short ) will sort you a replacement, he's s good guy.

Flawless and totally mint Premiums you say?

Only joking with you mate. Although every Asian retailer I've bought from I've found something, but nothing that major and my OCD sense stayed at bay. I have found Filmarena have rarely let me down in damage issues, but they have on the odd occasion, and on one of my favourite movies too - Deadpool ! Bad scuffs / scratches on the back that blend in well with the scratchy background design that it has, but my OCD won't let go of that one and I'm still trying to find a cheap mint replacement steelbook to swap it out with. :(

Still, it's a blessing when I do get a totally mint package, it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, and makes me want to dance!

:LOL::LOL:

Received my boxset yesterday, got around to opening it this morning.

Happy overall but I think I was more impressed with the BVS boxset. Was disappointed that they never included the standard 2D theatrical blu ray version it like the HMV edition, not sure if they announced they were putting it in or it was just me, would've been nice for a "complete set"

Its shown on your order info on HDzeta site
@Lester Or if you ordered via the GB for some reason all tracking numbers are in the Joker version GB thread
Thank you. I'm sure I ordered through the group buy and I did check the Joker thread. I did find on the HDZeta site. It's difficult keeping up with the orders of where they're coming from.

It has arrived. The box was not looking good, but the foam inside kept it nice and safe.

$135 and you have just 3 discs in the box set.

very sorry to see your damage, @ariba266 and @Mickle_89. :pain: hope you can find a resolution that satisfies. :) there's being OCD about premiums, and then there's plain and simple damage. good luck!

fabulous shots @Steelselecta @StifflersDad @DJHilalo @paulboland @Killi Zoltan!! :notworthy: very frustrated at the moment, as i am abroad for work (not as glamorous as that may sound) and have received notification that my package has arrived back home. actually available to touch, yet still so far away...

can't wait to return and open mine - here's hoping my luck from Asian seller mailings has improved! :ohno:

Just got my Joker edition and man the lenti is the best I've seen from HDZ with so many layers of clear depth with great transition, the texture on the back excellent!!

You are right on, that lenti is so deep, can't stop staring at it, and the texture on the back.....now wishing I got the box set....nice release...

I'm not complaining, just thought the 2D theatrical disc would be in there. Alas it's still a very nice set and i'm happy to own it. Like BVS, those individual character lentis are some of the best quality lentis i've seen

4 discs would've been better for a complete package, 2D and 3D Theatrical, 2D Extended and UHD disc

Yeah, you're right as long as there are no duplicates for the Box Set.

I would prefer them to keep the costs down for these Premium editions.

Like I said before, they could always do the UE option of including 4K/3D/2D in one edition outside of the box, then split this all up for various box set editions.

I'm the opposite, I think the Suicide Squad set tops the BVS in every single aspect - better quality on the lenticulars, better rear art work on the slips, better Steelbook.

I was and am really disappointed with the final BVS product :(

I hear what you're saying, you make a lot to valid points. I dunno what is that makes me prefer BVS ultimate boxset, might be because it was my first HDZeta boxset and has a special place in my heart for that reason
