Best Buy stores nationwide now have in-store Tablet and e-Reader Central Zones, where consumers can try out most every tablet and e-reader in the market. Best Buy also has opened a new tablet and e-reader section online.
“Tablets and e-readers have captivated consumers everywhere, and now Best Buy is making it easy for them to find the device that’s right for them,” said Wendy Fritz, SVP of computing, tablets and e-readers for Best Buy. “Our new [section] is adjacent to our market-leading computing selection, so customers can easily move within the area to try different mobile devices like tablets, e-readers and laptops.”
Best Buy announced it has trained dedicated employees for the section.
