The issue you are going to have with 'waiting' around is the risk they go OOS before release date and by the time you make a decision it's either ebay or trade but the value has already risen.

You just have to go with your instinct most of the times - which is the worthy one, or like I said above wait and take the risk you can choose the better one that is not OOP.
