Well if you have preordered & paid for both at the same time then they will email you to pay for the combined shipping fees

I ordered it AND Heat together. They shipped Taken 2 first (arrived today) I'm still waiting on Heat to even dispatch.

I see, well on that note pokjak290 I'd contact JSDVD and ask to ship both together & send invoice for combined postage of both steelbooks

I would always use EMS as you can always see exactly where it is and if anything goes wrong you have no problem getting it sorted.

Airmail although cheaper and slower does mean that if it goes missing, then thats it gone, making it more difficult to get a refund or replacement. And if you are paying $34.00 and upwards for a steelbook why not just pay a bit extra for safe and trackable shipping.

EMS is the only way to go as JSVD have a disclaimer saying if items go missing, they are not accountable. Worth paying a bit extra for it.

The shipping I paid was £12 for 2 steels which is actually good value. I told them to mark it as $20 gift as last time they sent two I got stung with £6 VAT and £13.50 Royal Mail Admin Fee!
