I have it opened, but my panny let's me do anything I like, so I'm of no use on this, sorry.

Yes, surely if the subtitles are enforced (encoded onto the disc) even your Panny can't remove them?

I also have a multi region player and if the subtitles are enforced there is nothing I can do about it.

That's the first time I hear about different shades of color on a Steelbook :wtf:

Here is a comparison between several copies :

And I have to say : Yes, the one on the center looks more "green" than the two others, and the one on the right is clearly more "brown" EEK!
Incredible...

But it remains a very nice Steelbook !

I prefer the brown one, tho :p

Thanks for the pictures bidou. I had a similar experience when I bought from Amazon.fr. Also, did you notice the printing differences on the paper slip at the back? The text ranges from being very hazy to quite clear. And ironically, the steel that had the worst color (Kind of faded look) had a perfect slip and vice-versa. So, it took me a few days to decide whether to select my personal copy on the basis of the steel or the slip :hilarious:

All I can say is, they have ruined what could have been one of the most beautiful steelbooks. Highly dissapointed on the quality front, but still have it in my collection.

Hum...
I looked at these three steels very attentively, but I didn't notice any printing difference... it all seems the same to me.
Perhaps I should change my glasses :emb:

EEK!
Can anyone who has an opened copy confirm that the French subs are forced with the English audio, please ???

According to blu-ray.com they are forced. The film also contains French and other foreign dialogue, and there is absolutely no reason for that to be subbed in English on a French Blu-ray, so you would have to watch it with French subs for the English dialogue and no subs for the foreign dialogue! :(

Does anyone please confirm that i can watch the movie with English audio and English Subtitle?

I would like to buy it but i also need English subtitle.

Thank you
