Does Kimchi ship to Europe or should I try to join a groupbuy somewhere?

Not as bad as zavvi (or Play) who will happily release 5+ steelbooks on the same day.

play.com doesn't sell anything anymore ,it is a marketplace only now;)

I'm not a big fan of recycled amaray artwork with no embossing/debossing or spot gloss (embossing or spot gloss can really do a lot for the "same old art" - just look at a lot of the Play.com Paramount catalog releases), BUT I have to say I do like the continuity of the foliage from the front to the back. The inside art is also good. I think this one is growing on me. Still hoping Zavvi releases Tangled with different art and embossing tho... Also, am I correct in thinking that the steelbook will be sealed under the slip cover for the lenticular version?

Kimchi has made a very smart move to let this goes live before Thanksgiving, because a lot of people will be broke after all the crazy shopping.

Sorry my bad I should of made that clearer, I was referring to when play were in their prime at selling steelbooks.

Yeah but I don't want to buy most of Zavvi releases and more importantly they don't charge when you place the order !

2 very good points.

Can't decide between the Kimchi lenticular or the regular slip non exclusive. :ohno:

I think I will order both and decide once in hand

It's not that bad. It sits really nicely in my collection. Will still be getting this one though, although I may risk waiting until the morning as 2am again is a bit EEK!

I agree with you. Despite the G1 size, the Mexican Tangled steelbook is probably one of the more unique and aesthetically pleasing steelbooks out there.

Could it be that the most limited (1/4 slip) is the least wanted amongst the 3 available? What a dilemma trying to figure out which one I want. Both the Lenticular & Regular slipcover seem nice but I might just end up getting just 1 of the 3.

Probably! Im betting the lenti sells first and hell the regular slip sells second !
