But you could say the same of any steelbook. You shouldn't buy any steelbooks if your kids are just gonna break em. This is a super limited 3D/2D exclusive Disney steelbook. Seems the price is far less than what all the other (less loaded) Disney steels sell for. I nudge you about your comment here because I think it's odd to have this line of thinking in a steelbook thread and have several people "Thanks" it. What is the point of steelbook collecting in the first place. You can always just buy the amaray for any movie ever.

Im only buying steelbook the one i like and tangled is for everyone and my kid likes it so much. Im happy with the amaray version and £35 or £40 for just one steel its too expensive. Anyway enjoy your steel and i know im not gonna be happy. But i bought the amaray and same film. Theres no difference at all:D

My kids likes cartoons and nothing else. So i will pass for this and too expensive just to break the case:hilarious:

I agree with konflick and cancelled for the exact same reason, don't see the point In buying a kids film for $45 and then keeping it sealed and hidden away. And then people respond with "just buy the amaray to watch" again why spend $45 for a film your never going to watch?

When I started collecting 3 years ago I decided the reason why was because of the limited nature and the artwork. I just cant get myself to buy a flimsy plastic case that feels like the thing is going to break when I take the movie out.

I get the amray for the watch pile, which the kids can raid, and the steels for my collection which they go nowhere near :)

I understand but my steel is open to my kids and to everyone here. Im not collector that i will put them in cabinet or something. But its very nice steel though but i have no choice.

I agree, it's the same reason I collect, just can't bring my self to spend $50-£35 for a bluray regardless of the case, I respect everyone's reason for collecting as it's your decision and nobody else's, but personally I don't understand why people buy multiply copies of the same steel just and keep them Locked away and sealed, I open all my steels so I can enjoy them.

After, that allows them to open a store with all sealed copies :D

So out of curiosity, which if any are you guys/gals buying? Thinking of buying 2 of each, 2 slip, 2 lens....damn that's over 200 bucks!!!

When signing up to kimchi and making an account, does it usually take awhile? Registered 10 minutes ago, told me to check email but nothing there?

I tried but it says login fail, created an account 10 minutes ago and it told me to check email, but there is no email yet?

Did you click on the "Redundancy check" button, right next to the "Member ID" field (your email address)?

If I remember right, you must click on that button and "check email" refers to clicking that button to verify that your Member ID is a valid email address :)

I just tried to create an account, and it was immediately available for login. Never needed to check my email. But I did receive a "Welcome to join us on kimchidvd.com" email straight away.

What a weird verification system but that seemed to have done the trick, thanks alot!

Recommend k-packet or ems shipping to canada?

I want to jump on it but I have a feeling Zavvi is going to be releasing one soon. They have three more Pixar steelbooks to announce. One will probably be planes but the other two may be tangeld and something else. I am going to take my chances.
