More details from another site:
1990′s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is heading to steelbook on June 30th with a Zavvi exclusive

Check out our exclusive look at the artwork below. The artwork will be gloss with embossed faces & manhole cover. We understand the release will be a limited print run of either 2500 or 3000 copies.

Extras should include a 30 minute doc and trailers.

Pre-orders will hopefully be live on the 17th of May, but we’ll confirm nearer the time. The price will be £16.99 (at the time of writing it says £19.99, but this will change).

This release was initially offered via other retailers in error, then pulled when the mistake was spotted. Existing pre-orders with Zavvi will be honoured at the new price. If you ordered this elsewhere expect to get a cancellation notification soon.

It does say if you have ordered from anywhere except zavvi then expect a cancellation

lame cover. a cool action shot showing the turtles full length would be a way more exciting cover.

also... no title? if so, they can kiss it.

It's a little pricey for a catalogue title but could look quite good. I'm not a big fan of the silver edges though, they should continue the artwork all around the steel.

I'm confused

Why have they replaced the sky with a picture of planet earth?

Was thinking perhaps it was because it featured the Twin Towers? Though to be honest from the angle and all I can't tell if that's actually supposed to be the location of the image or not. Its about the only reason I could think of for such a jarring alteration.:p

No Twin Towers in that or the original image mate

Looks like bad photoshopping to me :D

Even the tops of the building just vanish into thin air lol

im so disappointed and lost for words. all they had to do was copy and paste the theatrical poster onto a steelbook and they would have a classic steelbook... but no, they created this monstrosity.

who thought this was a good idea? why is the earth hovering over new york city? its ridiculous.
